Maracatu Nunca Antes is having a party at Lula Lounge on Thursday December 20th.

This has been a big year for Aline Morales and the Nunca Antes crew. They recorded and released their first full length CD The Beat
Migration. The CD has been a huge success, a true underground Brasil via Toronto hit among rhythm lovers locally and around the world.
These are the holidays and seeing Nunca Antes live is one of the best experiences in this city. Come drink, be merry, rejoice, celebrate
with friends, good music, great performance, great jam…. Come out!
At 9:15pm Capoeira Camara will have a capoeira presentation for the people.
At 10pm, the Aline Morales band with featured guest Maninho Costa tears it up and brings out our joyous mood. The style is a rootsy eclectic brasilian forro, with a touch of soul, reggae and afro-samba.
A full on big party for us to celebrate friends, family, joy, light, and merriment at the darkest time of the year in the northern hemisphere.
