The *Lula Lounge Salsa Dance Party* is a three course dinner, a latin dance class and a live salsa band rolled into the ultimate tropical experience.
The evening begins after 7pm when we usher you into a world where old Havana meets Rio de Janiero.
Overlooking our red dancefloor, we invite you to sip a cuba libra or mojito, and peruse our selection of wines, carefully chosen to pair with Lula’s unique menu
Order from our ‘Tropical Fusion’ dinner menu for your choice of executive Chef Derek Crinsons mouthwatering blend of Mediterranean, Caribbean and Latin-American cuisine.
At 9pm, our dance instructor Ana Machado gets you on your feet for that salsa lesson you always wanted to take. It’s fun, it’s easy and it gets you ready for the hot rhythms to come.
At 10pm DJ Fab warms up the room and sets the stage for the hottest live salsa music this side of Havana!!!

Salsa fans are in for a special treat when *Lady Son and Articulo Veinte* – lead by the powerful vocalist Yeti Ajasin – take the stage. Influenced by the great singers of salsa, Celia Cruz, Ibrahim Ferrer, Oscar D’Leon, Hector Lovoe and Eliadas Ochoa, Lady Son brings a fresh female essence to Toronto’s salsa society. Funky base lines, adventurous trumpet, keyboard and violins backed up by hard core salsa percussion create a unique energy when combined with the Yeti’s strong and assured vocals.
