Join us for dancing after 9pm ($15 includes the lesson) or come early and enjoy the $54 dinner and show package. Our dinner package guarantees seating for the night and includes any appetizer, any main course and any dessert, the 9pm beginner salsa lesson and three sets by the live salsa band.

Reservations are not required for just the lesson and dancing portion of the evening.

Since their debut performance at Lula Lounge in September 2005, Cafe Cubano have dominated Lula Lounge’s weekends with their potent blend of dance-floor friendly salsa and high-energy showmanship.

Drawing on the skills of three of Toronto’s most accomplished frontmen – singers Yani Borrell, Alberto Alberto and Angel Luis Marquez – an evening with Cafe Cubano evokes the spirit of the legendary dance clubs of Havana.

Lead by music director/pianist Jorge Betancourt and featuring some of Toronto’s finest musicians from such famous Cuban groups as Adalberto Alvarez y su Son and Cubanisimo, Jorge Betancourt y su Cafe Cubano are one of the most in-demand groups in Toronto’s latin music scene today.
